- Tasting: Aerial notes of citrus zest, honey, lavender and lemongrass. The mouth reveals freshness, purity, and an endless finale of candied notes.
- Wine and food pairings: To enjoy as an aperitif, on a foie gras or with a mousse of fruit, a sabayon, a quarter or just strawberries with whipped cream
