- Varieties: Very old vines of black Grenache (40%), associated to the Syrah (40%) and added with old Carignan (10%) and Mourvèdre (10%).
- Terroir: Very stony limestone for Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre, sandstone for the Grenache. Yields inferior to 20 hl/ha.
- Harvest: Manual
- Vinification: In red traditional with maceration of 22 days with pumping over. Ageing in barrels during one year.
- Tasting: Black fruits, spices and liquorice note. Great wine to keep thanks to its strong tannins. Beautiful freshness and length in mouth.
- Wine and food pairings: To savor on a pavement or rib of beef, a game served on a sauce with ceps and chanterelles or on the best cheeses.
