- Varieties: Very old white and grey Grenache (50%) and old Macabeu (50%). Yields inferior to 20hl/ha.
- Terroir: Very stony limestone located at the foot of the cliffs.

- Vinification: Traditional in white followed by a mutage (addition of alcohol) at middle fermentation. Ageing seven years in barrels (220L).
- Tasting: Complex nose combining citrus fruits, toasted almonds, dried figs and hazelnuts. The mouth is an alliance between the delicacy of the taste and the subtlety of the aromas.
- Wine and food pairings: Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a dry goat cheese, walnut cake or white cheese.
