- Vinification: Traditional in red with maceration followed by a mutage (addition ol alcohol) in the berries to favor extraction. Aging seven years in barrels (220L) and 1/2 muids (600L barrels).
- Tasting: Chocolate, mocha and figs notes. The mouth is remarkable: sweet and heady, its tannins melt around notes of cooked prune and candied fruits.
- Wine and food pairings: Enjoy it as an aperitif with melon and a crunch of Serrano ham. It will also fit perfectly with a chocolate dessert.
